About RS Group
Two logistics companies. One operator that answers.
RS Group is the unified force of Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics — an Atlanta-based nationwide freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider. We move freight across the country through a 34,000-carrier network, and we do it the way most portals can’t: with a real person who picks up the phone and follows your load to the dock.
Who we are
RS Group is what you get when two established Atlanta logistics operations join forces. Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics each spent years moving freight and building carrier relationships across the United States. Together, under one roof, they became RS Group — a single nationwide 3PL with more capacity, more coverage, and the same insistence on doing it personally.
We’re a freight brokerage and a third-party logistics provider. That means we don’t own a fleet of our own trucks — we own relationships with 34,000+ carrier partners, the expertise to match the right one to your lane, and an 80,000 sq ft warehouse that lets us store, cross-dock, and transload when a move needs more than a truck. The asset we lead with is judgment: knowing which carrier, which mode, and which price actually fits the freight.
The merger that built the network
Two companies bring two networks. When Staton and PTS combined, the lanes, the carriers, and the institutional knowledge of both came with them. A shipper that books a single LTL pallet today is drawing on a carrier base and an operating history far larger than either company had alone — which is how a mid-market 3PL ends up moving 18,500+ shipments a year and earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
The merger also widened what we can handle in-house. Standard freight — LTL freight, full truckload, partial truckload, expedited ground, drayage, and refrigerated freight — sits alongside the specialized work most brokers decline: hazmat, dry ice, cross-docking, container transloading, packaging engineering, and air freight. One operator, the whole chain.
The team that makes logistics easy
Logistics is stressful because most of the industry has made it impersonal — a portal, a rate engine, a ticket number, a different rep every call. We built RS Group to be the opposite. When you work with us you get a single point of contact: one real person who knows your freight, quotes it honestly, and stays on it from booking to delivery. If something’s tight, you hear it from us first — not from a tracking page that went quiet.
That ethos is the whole reason the company exists. We pick up the phone because a missed call is a missed truck, and a freight problem you don’t know about is a problem you can’t fix. Our job is to take the stress off your desk and put it on ours.
Economies of scale, without the distance
The combined network gives our customers the buying power and coverage of a large 3PL — better rates, more capacity, nationwide reach, and a warehouse to lean on. The single-point-of-contact model keeps the closeness of a small one. You don’t have to choose between scale and service; the merger was designed so you get both.
The executive team
The people who own the promise
[ by role · names on request ]RS Group is led by a hands-on executive team across sales, operations, technology, warehousing, and carrier relations. We list the roles that run the company below; we’d rather introduce you to the real person behind your freight than post a wall of stock headshots — ask and we’ll connect you.
Co-Founder & CEO
Sets the company’s direction and owns the promise behind it: that a shipper always reaches a real person who tells the truth.
Co-Founder & COO
Runs the operation end to end — the brokerage desk, the warehouse, and the equipment that move freight every day.
Chief Technology Officer
Builds the systems behind the human service — visibility, rating, and the tooling that keeps a single point of contact informed.
Chief Financial Officer
Keeps the company on the disciplined footing that earned its Inc. 5000 standing, so growth never comes at the customer’s expense.
VP of Sales
Leads the brokers who quote your freight and stay on it — the team that turns a lane into a relationship, not a transaction.
VP of Operations
Owns capacity and execution across the 34,000+ carrier network, so the truck that’s quoted is the truck that shows up.
Director of Warehousing
Runs the 80,000 sq ft Atlanta facility — climate control, security, cross-dock, and transload under one roof.
Director of Carrier Relations
Builds and vets the carrier base — the partners and the rates that let us shop a lane and move it well.
Put a real person on your freight
Tell us what you’re moving and where it’s going — a broker on our team quotes it fast, shops it across the network, and follows it to the dock.
